Garlic Butter Shrimp
This is a classic dish for serving at any festive brunch. Top with fresh greens, warm bread and sparkling wine.

Ingredients | Quantity | Directions |

Oishii shrimp | 1.5 lbs. | Thaw shrimp ahead of time. |
Olive oil | 1 tbsp | Place the thawed shrimp in a bowl and coat the shrimp in olive oil. |
Cajun seasoning | 1 tsp | |
Onion powder | 1 tsp | |
Italian seasoning | 1 tsp | Then mix the seasonings together and add them to the shrimp. |
Garlic | 5 cloves | |
Butter | 4 tbsp | Heat the butter in a frying pan over high heat. Reduce heat to MEDIUM-HIGH and add in the seasoned shrimp. |
Lemon | 1/2 | |
Salt & Pepper | To taste | |
Final Cook | Cook for about 2 minutes on the first side and about 1 minute on the second side. Add salt and pepper in final stages to taste. Serve immediately. |
Honey Lime Shrimp
Perfectly cooked shrimp that adds a twist of sweetness with a honey mixture makes a fantastic crowd pleaser.

Oishii shrimp | 1.5 lbs. | Thaw and peel shrimp ahead of time. |
Honey | 1/3 cup | |
White vinegar | 2 tbsp | |
Chopped Chives | 2 tbsp | |
Red pepper flakes | 1 tsp | |
Garlic | 2 cloves | |
Dijon mustard | 2 tbsp | Combine all ingredients expect the shrimp and butter. Marinate the shrimp for 20 minutes |
Butter | 1 tbsp | in half of the honey mixture. Place the other half of the mixture aside. |
Salt & Pepper | To taste | |
Final Cook | Cook for about 2 minutes on the first side and 1 minute on the second side or until shrimp is done. Add more of the honey mixture as the shrimp cooks. Serve immediately |
